District and Sessions Judge has released an official advertisement notification for the recruitment of various Grade IV vacancy including Peon, Driver, Chowkidar, Process server, Sweeper under the establishment of District and Sessions Judge, South Salmara Mankachar. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as defined in the Constitution of India, in Prescribed strandard form, with self attested copies of all testimonials filling up the following sanctioned post. Eligible and interested candidates may apply through offline mode.

1) Name of the post : Peon.

No. of post : 12 (Twelve)

Category : UR - 6, OBC/MOBC - 3, EWS - 1, ST(P) - 1, SC - 1

Qualification & Experience : The candidate should be minimum class VIII passed but those who have passed HSSLC/HS or above shall be ineligible to apply.

Salary Pay Scale : Rs.12000-Rs.37500 with GP - Rs.3900/- (P-1)

2) Name of the post : Driver.

No. of post : 1 (One)

Category : UR - 1

Qualification & Experience : The candidate should be minimum class VIII passed but those who have passed HSSLC/HS or above shall be ineligible to apply. The candidates must hold driving license to drive LMV/Four wheeler vehicles for not less than five years. 

Salary Pay Scale : Rs.14000-Rs.49000 with GP - Rs.5200/- (P-2)

3) Name of the post : Chowkidar.

No. of post : 2 (Two)

Category : UR - 2

Qualification & Experience : The candidate should be minimum class VIII passed but those who have passed HSSLC/HS or above shall be ineligible to apply.

Salary Pay Scale : Rs.12000-Rs.37500 with GP - Rs.3900/- (P-1)

4) Name of the post : Process Server.

Category : UR - 1, OBC/MOBC - 1, EWS - 1.

Qualification & Experience : The candidates should class VIII passed and should know the local language.

Salary Pay Scale : Rs.14000-Rs.49000 with GP - Rs.5200/- (P-2).

5) Name of the post : Sweeper.

Qualification & Experience : The candidate should be minimum class VIII passed but those who have passed HSSLC/HS or above shall be ineligible to apply.

Salary Pay Scale : Rs.12000-Rs.37500 with GP - Rs.3900/- (P-1).

How to apply District and Sessions Judge Grade IV vacancy 2022

1) The candidates who will fulfill the requisite eligibility Criteria must submit their applications in the standard form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part – IX and fill the form with Block Letters using Black/Blue ball pen only. Paste one recent Passport size Color Photograph in the specified box and submit another two passport size photograph with the application form. Put applicant’s signature in the box specified for signature.

2) The filled up “Application form” along with the copy of age certificate, Educational Qualification Certificate, Caste Certificate from competent authority, Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, forwarding documents, in case applying through proper Channel,Driving License (in case of applying for the post of Driver), Experience certificate if any must send it by post to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, South Salmara Mankachar, P.O.- Fekamari, PIN:- 783135, Dist: South Salmara Mankachar, Assam or may be dropped in the “Drop Box for applications” to be kept in the Office of the undersigned. The documents furnished with the application must be self attested by the Candidates himself/herself.

3) The applicant should superscribe the name of post in the top of the Envelope.

4) Candidates have to produce their Original testimonials regarding educational Qualifications, date of birth, Caste Certificate, Driving License (in case of applying for Driver Post) working experience if any at subsequent stages as and when asked for.

5) Applications made in any other mode except as indicated above shall be summarily rejected without any communication.

6) Applications should reach the office of the undersigned during office hours on working days on or before 21/03/2022.

7) The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2022.The upper age limit is relaxable by 

    i) 5 years for ST and SC candidates i.e. upto 45 years as per Govt Notification No ABP.6/2016/51 Dated Dispur the 2nd September/2020 issued by Department of Personnel, Government of Assam. 

    ii) 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 43 years as per Govt Notification No.ABP.6/2016/52 Dated Dispur the 2nd September/2020 issued by Department of Personnel,Government of Assam. 

    iii) EWS candidates must produce Income & assets certificate of the family issued by the officer not below the rank of Circle Officer as per provision of para 5 of Govt OM No ABP.07/2019/4, Dated 10-04-2019. Kindly refer to the Govt OM No ABP.07/2019/16 dated 31-12-2019.

8) In case of candidates applying for more than one post, they shall have to file separate application. The Selection Board reserves the right to select for the particular post, and the Board’s decision will be final.

9) Applicants who are already in Govt. service, should submit their applications through proper channel. They shall have to produce No objection certificate at the time of document verification and release order at the time of joining from present employer, if selected.

10) Candidates except the post of Driver and Sweeper shall have to appear in a written test and after qualifying in the written test, they will also be called for Viva-Voce.

11) Candidates applying for the post of Driver shall have to appear in a Driving Test to be Conducted by District Transport Authority, South Salmara Mankachar and Viva-Voce and the candidate applying for the post of Sweeper shall have to appear for Viva-Voce as and when called for.

12) Candidates shall have to produce final Covid Vaccination Certificate or for non Vaccinated/Partially Vaccinated Candidates, they shall have to produce RT-PCR (Not Rapid antigen Test report)negative test report not older than 48 hours and to wear face masks at the time of Written test as well as Viva-Voce.

13) No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the screening / Driving test/ Viva-Voce etc.

14) Candidate will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her in the application form.

15) No individual call letters will be sent to eligible Candidates. However eligible Candidates to be called for written test/ Viva-Voce/ Driving test etc will be uploaded in the official website of Dstrict Judiciary and candidates are required to download the same from the official website as per instruction given in the website in due course of time.

16) Candidates are advised to visit the official website (https://districts. ecourts.gov.in/south-salmara-mankachar) of South Salmara Mankachar, District Judiciary regularly to get updated information. Unnecessary cporrespondence should be avoided and if done, candidature will be rejected.
