Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be passed the class VIII standard, and also have a valid driving license.

Age limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01.01.2022. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. norms vide O.M. No. ABP.6/2016/51, Dated Dispur, the 2nd September 2020. The candidate must be a citizen of India as per Articles- 5 to 8. Constitution of India.

Salary scale: Rs.14000/- to Rs.60500/- plus GP Rs.5200/-.


How to apply for Tinsukia Judiciary Recruitment 2022


1) Candidates have to send their application in Standard Form through the post, superscribing the post applied for on the top of the envelope to the address “The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia, Borguri, Pin-786126, Assam”. The candidates may also submit their applications in the DROPBOX placed at the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia, Assam during office hours i.e. 10 A.M. to 5 PM. The appointing authority shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any postal delay.

2) Applications must be accompanied by self-attested copies of all the testimonials regarding educational qualifications. age, caste. valid Employment Exchange Registration Card. experience (if any) along with three copies of recent passport-size photographs.

3) Candidates serving in Govt. Departments. other offices should submit their application through the proper channel and should submit NOC from his/her present employer.

4) Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without intimating the applicant.

5) The applicant shall mention their mobile numbers, and email addresses, if any, in the application form without fail.

6) Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the Registration is to be valid on the date of submission of applications.

7) The candidate must mention in the application form the details of criminal cases if any. instituted against him/her pending or disposed of; if disposed of whether convicted or acquitted.

8) No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidate for attending the Test/Interview.

9) Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidature.

10) The list of eligible candidates shall be uploaded to the official website of Tinsukia District Judiciary i.e. www.tinsukiajudiciary.gov.in. All information regarding the date of the Test/Interview will be intimated through the above noted official website. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the Official website regularly. No separate calling letter will be issued.

11) Mode of Test/interview will be notified later on the Official website of Tinsukia District Judiciary i.e. www.tinsukiajudiciary.gov.in as per Board’s decision.

12) Mere calling of candidates to the Test / Interview doesn’t necessarily mean acceptance of the candidature and if at any stage it is found that the candidate doesn’t fulfill any of the eligibility conditions or has suppressed his or her educational qualification or provided wrong information, his/her candidature shall stand rejected with immediate effect, without any intimation to him/her and it may lead to criminal proceedings against him/her in appropriate cases. The final appointment of the selected candidate will be subject to a satisfactory police verification report and medical fitness certificate as per Rules.

13) The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter and modify any terms or conditions at any stage without any prior notice.
