1) Name of the Post: Head Assistant

Qualification & Experience: Experience as UDA with at least 10 years of service as such to their credit including Supervisory Assistants in the establishment of any Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Salary scale: Rs.22000/- to Rs.87000/- plus GP Rs.9100/- along with other admissible allowances as per ROP rules 2017.

2) Name of the Post: Upper Division Assistant

No. of post: 2 (Two)

Category: UR

Qualification & Experience: Experience as LDA/Copyist/Typist/Computer Typist having not less  than 5 years of continuous) service in the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Salary scale: Rs.14000/- to Rs.60500/- plus GP Rs.8000/- along with other admissible allowances as per ROP rules 2017.

1) Duly filled up the application form through the proper channel along with self-attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials in support of their age, educational qualifications, other qualifications including experience certificate, 3 (three) recent passport-sized photographs, and copies of ACR’s for last 3 years and service book.

2) The eligibility and criteria for selection shall be based on the provision of Rule 6(1) of ‘The Assam Chief Judicial Magistrate (Ministerial) Establishment Service Rules, 1987.

7) Application must be accompanied by 3 (three) self-attested copies of recent passport size photographs.

8) The eligible candidate shall have to appear viva voce.

9) No TA/DA is admissible for attending interview.
