ESIC scheme Recruitment 2022 scheme department has released an official advertisement notification for the recruitment of various Grade III (Para-medical & ministerial staff) and Grade IV posts including Pharmacist, ANM, Office assistants, Grade-IV, etc. under the establishment of ESIC scheme Hojai District of Assam. In accordance with the provision of Govt. letter vide No.GLR.168/2021/10, Dated: 07.04.2022, interested eligible candidates, who are citizens of India are hereby invited to attend a “Walk-in-Interview” to fill up the following fixed pay (Contractual) vacant posts for the ESI Scheme Dispensary/Clinic at Hojai District.

Eligible and interested candidates may appear in the Walk-in-interview on a given date and time. Before applying for the post, the candidates must read the advertisement notification carefully. The details of the ESIC scheme Hojai Recruitment 2022 are given below.

1) Name of the Post: Pharmacist

No. of post: 1 (One)

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should have passed the Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy Course from Medical College of Assam/Institutes; Registered under the Assam Pharmacy Council. The candidates should be Computer Proficiency MS Office. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.

Category: Open

Age limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01-01-2022. The age limit for the posts will be as per existing Govt. policy with allowed relaxation in the upper age limit for OBC/ST/SC.

Remuneration: Rs.17000/- PM fixed.

2) Name o the Post: ANM

No. of Post: 1(One)

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be ANM Course passed from any Nursing School/ Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with Assam Nurses Midwives and Health Visitor’s Council.

Category: Open.

Age limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01-01-2022. The age limit for the posts will be as per existing Govt. policy with allowed relaxation in the upper age limit for OBC/ST/SC.

Remuneration: Rs.16500/- PM fixed.

3) Name o the Post: Office Assistant

No. of Post: 1 (One)

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be graduates from any Govt. recognized University.  The candidates should have Computer Proficiency (6 months Diploma Course).

Category: Open

Age limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01-01-2022. The age limit for the posts will be as per existing Govt. policy with allowed relaxation in the upper age limit for OBC/ST/SC.

Remuneration: Rs.17000/- PM fixed.

4) Name o the Post: Grade-IV

No. of Post: 1 (One)

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a minimum of Class VIII passed.

Category: Open

Age limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01-01-2022. The age limit for the posts will be as per existing Govt. policy with allowed relaxation in the upper age limit for OBC/ST/SC.

Remuneration: Rs.12000/- PM fixed.

How to apply for ESIC scheme Recruitment 2022

1) The candidates may apply for a standard form.

2) Candidates are required to bring their applications in the standard form of application published in Assam Gazette, Part-IX in block letters along with self-attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, education, qualification, caste, employment exchange registration certificate, experience certificate, if any, 2 (two) nos. of recent passport size color photographs along with mobile no. and valid email id.

3) Applicants will have to produce all the original testimonials as mentioned above during the time of the “Walk-in-Interview”.

4) Incomplete applications in any respect will be rejected without assigning any reason thereof and the candidate will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her.

5) Interested and eligible candidates have to be present between 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. positively to register their names at office premises.

6) The posts are purely temporary in nature and for fixed remuneration.

7) No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
