above shall be ineligible to apply for the

Age limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more
than 40 years of age as of 01.01.2022. Age relaxation will be as per
Govt. norms for reserved categories.
Salary scale: Rs.12000/- to Rs.52000/- PM plus Grade Pay Rs.3900/-

1) Mode of selection in respect to the above-mentioned post shall be through personal interview/Viva-voce only.

be uploaded to the official website (golaghatjudiciary.gov.in) with
the date of the interview
5) No individual call letter will be sent to eligible candidates. However, a list of candidates to be called for a Personal Interview/ Viva-voce will
be uploaded to the official website of Golaghat District Judiciary
(golaghatjudiciary.gov.in) and candidates will download the same
from the official website.
6) Valid Employment Exchange Registration Number is mandatory for
those who are not in service. The candidates shall have to mention
the Employment Exchange Registration number and dates in the
application.
7) No TA/DA etc. shall be paid to the candidates for participating in the
selection process.
8) Any information submitted by an applicant in his/her application will
bind the candidate personally
9) The candidate will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her
in the application form and the selection/appointing authority shall
not be responsible or liable in any way.
10) The certificate for the claim of reservation must be obtained from the
competent authority
11) The appointment and conditions of service of the selected candidates
shall be governed by the relevant Rules.
12) . If any candidate is found canvassing directly or indirectly, his/her
candidature will be rejected.
13) If any candidate is found to have suppressed his/her educational
qualification or given any wrong information at the time of applying
for the above-mentioned posts, his/her candidature shall be liable to
be rejected without any notice, and further, legal action may be taken
against him/her.
14) All other matters which are not specially provided in this
advertisement shall be as decided by the selecting/appointing
