DNP limited Recruitment 2022 has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of 2 posts including Company secretary, Sr. Engineer (Civil) in the establishment of DNP limited Recruitment 2022, Duliajan, Dibrugarh, Assam. 

DNP Limited is a Govt. of Assam Undertaking and joint venture Company of Assam Gas company Ltd (AGCL), Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) & Oil India Limited(OIL) engaged in the business of transportation of natural gas from OIL’s source at Duliajan to Numaligarh Refinery Ltd.

DNP Limited invites interested eligible professionals to attend the Walk –in- Interview for the following positions, details of which are as below-

1) Name of the Post: Company Secretary

No. of post: 1 (One)

Qualification & Experience: .Candidates should be preferably Commerce graduates with a minimum of 60% marks. 2. Candidates must be an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ( ICSI) 3. He/ She must be adequately computer literate. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in State/ Central PSU. 

Max. Age: 32 years.

REMUNERATION AT PRESENT PAY STRUCTURE (PRE REVISED): Approximate gross emoluments (Pre-revised) will be Rs. 66,000/-For E2).

2) Name of the Post: Sr. Engineer (Civil)

No. of post: 1 (One)

Qualification & Experience: The candidate must be BE or B. Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. (Specially in the field of Civil Construction)

Max. Age: 32 years.

REMUNERATION AT PRESENT PAY STRUCTURE (PRE REVISED): Approximate gross emoluments (Pre-revised) will be Rs. 66,000/-For E2).

How to apply for DNP limited Recruitment 2022

1) Interested & eligible candidates will have to register prior to attending the Walk-In-Interview process on our website The registration link will be available on our website.

2) Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria have to appear for Walk-in-interview (for their respective post) at the following venue and time along with original and photocopies of documents listed below. 
Date (Interview for the Post of Company Secretary): 13.06.2022 (Monday) 
Date (Interview for the Post of Sr. Engineer(Civil): 14.06.2022 (Tuesday) Time: 09:00 AM 
Venue: DNP Ltd, 6th Floor, Central Mall, Christian Basti, G.S Road, Guwahati-781005.

3) On the date of Walk-in-Interview, candidates will have to produce the requisite documents for verification and scrutiny. After clearing the scrutiny process, qualified candidates will only be allowed to attend the Interview process. 

4) Please note that candidates will not be allowed to appear in the Interview if he/she fails to produce all the documents (in Original) which establish that the candidates are meeting the qualification criteria for the said post, as per the detailed advertisement published in our website. Candidates will also need to submit a full set of self–attested photocopies of all the below-mentioned documents/ certificates/mark sheets etc and two passport size colored photographs for our record. 

5) If the candidate is presently employed in Govt./Semi Govt. Undertaking, candidate must produce “No Objection Certificate” once selected, failing which candidate will not be allowed to appear for medical test and his/her candidature will not be entertained. 

6) Candidate shall ensure that the information furnished by him/her is true and in case any information furnished by a candidate is found to be faulty at any stage of the recruitment process, his/ her candidature shall be summarily rejected without assigning any reason thereof. 

7) Before applying for the post, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other conditions mentioned in this advertisement. DNPL would be free to reject any application at any stage of the recruitment process if the candidate is found ineligible for the position for which he/she has applied. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.


1. The candidates will be short-listed for the selection process taking into consideration their age, qualification, experience, etc. 
2. Candidates registering for the Walk-in-Interview will report to the venue for the process. Candidates will have to produce the requisite documents for verification and scrutiny. After clearing the scrutiny process, qualified candidates will attend the Interview process. The final selection shall be based on Personal Interviews amongst the qualified candidates. 
3. The cutoff date for determining age limit and post qualification experience will be 01.05.2022. 

PROBATION: Candidates appointed at different grades will be placed under probation for 1 (One) year in their respective grade/pay scale.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR VERIFICATION: (i) Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) as per format enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure I 
(ii) Date of Birth document/ Age proof 
(iii) Educational qualification mark sheets & pass certificate (Stating from Xth Standard up to Essential qualification) 
(iv) Membership certificate of ICSI (In case of the candidate applying for the post of Company Secretary) (v) Caste certificate (Wherever applicable) 
(vi) Experience Certificates of previous & current employment as mentioned in your CV. Experience certificates should have the Date of joining/ Date of relieving clearly mentioned. 
(vii) Payslip of April’22 of the current organization, if currently employed 
(viii) No Objection Certificate, wherever applicable 
(ix) 2 passport size color photograph.

Other Terms and conditions

(a) Candidates should possess a valid Email ID. No change in the email ID will be allowed. 
(b) Candidates should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria for the post. Ineligible candidates will not be allowed to appear in the walk-in process. 
(c) All qualifications must be from UGC recognized University/ UGC recognized Deemed University or AICTE approved Autonomous Institute (Wherever applicable)/ Govt. approved institute 
(d) Experience must be post qualification and in the relevant field. 
(e) Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade is awarded, an equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application as per norms adopted by the University/ Institutes clearly stating the conversion formula. 
(f) Category (SC/ST/OBC) once mentioned at the time of registration /in the CV will not be changed and no benefit of other categories will be admissible later on. 
(g) The OBC candidates who belong to “ CREAMY LAYER” are not entitled to OBC concession and such candidates have to indicate their category as “ General”. 
(h) Candidates from SC/ST/OBC Category must produce their caste certificates issued by the Competent Authority. 
(i) Relaxations/Reservations for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) as per Government Directives are applicable. 
(j) The Company also reserves the right to cancel/restrict/curtail/enlarge the recruitment process and/or the selection process there without any further notice and without assigning any reason. 
(k) If any information furnished by a candidate is found to be false/incorrect at any stage of the recruitment process his/her candidature will be outright rejected. 
(l) If any candidate knowingly or willfully furnishes incorrect or false particulars or suppresses material information, he/she will be disqualified and if appointed, shall be liable for dismissal from the Company’s service without any notice or assigning any reasons whatsoever. 
(m)The decision of the Company in all matters relating to recruitment shall be final and no individual correspondence will be entertained. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. The Company will not be responsible for postal delays. 
(n) Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate. 5

(p) Any dispute with regard to recruitment against this advertisement will be settled within the jurisdiction of Guwahati Court only. 
(q) In case any dispute arises on account of interpretation in versions other than English, the English version will prevail. 
(r) Date of Birth as per HSLC Certificate and age as of 01.05.2022 should be mentioned.
