Foreigners Tribunal Assam has released an official advertisement notification for the recruitment of 3 vacancies including Data Entry Operator, Office Peon, Chowkidar at the office of the Foreigners Tribunal Dibrugarh. In Pursuance of Govt. Approval accorded vide letter No.PLB.60/2020/310, Dated Dispur, the 24th December 2021 applications a hereby Invited from the intending candidates for a “Walk in Interview” for the below post Office of the Foreigners Tribunal, Dibrugarh 2nd, Dibrugarh Near Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Dibrugarh, P.O.- C.R. Building, PIN-786003, Assam. Eligible and interested candidates may apply through offline mode.

1) Name of the Post: Data Entry Operator (DEO)
No. of Post: 2 (Two)
Qualification & Experience: The Candidate has a minimum qualification of H.S.L.C. (Matric) with a One-year Diploma In Computer Application from a Govt. Registered Institute.
Salary: Rs.10000/- PM fixed.
Age limit: As per Govt. O.M. ABP-06/2016/51 dated 02.09.2020 candidates must not be less than 18 years or not more than 40 years of Age on 01.01.2022 The upper Age is relaxable in case of OBC/MOBC- 43 years of age and SC/ST(P) and ST(H) 45 years of age. Age proof supporting documents must be submitted with the application.
2) Name of the Post: Office Peon
No. of post: 1 (One)
Qualification & Experience: The candidate must possess the educational qualification of class VIll pass but under matriculate.
Salary: Rs.9000/- PM fixed.
Age limit: As per Govt. O.M. How to apply Foreigners Tribunal Dibrugarh Recruitment 2022
1) Application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette in Part-IX and reach the Office of the Undersigned.
2) The Applicants should specifically mention their respective Mobile No, and E-mail id in the Application Form.
3) Caste/Tribe certificate issued by the competent authority must be accompanied by the Application Form.
4) Venue, date, and time of the walk-in Interview will be informed through the respective E-Mail address and contact numbers.
5) The Applicant should address to The Member, Foreigners’ Tribunal, Dibrugarh 2nd, Dibrugarh, P.O.- C.R. Building, P.I.N.- 786003, Dist-Dibrugarh(Assam) and the name of the post should clearly be mentioned at the top of the envelope.
6) The last date of submission of the application is the 24th day of March/2022 up to 5.00 P.M. No application will be accepted after the last date of submission of application.
Other Terms and Conditions
1) The Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
2) Candidates who are already in Govt. service may apply through the proper channel. They shall have to produce ‘A no Objection Certificate” from the present employer at the time of document verification and they shall have to submit a release order at the time of joining.
3) The post in all cadres is purely temporary and continues till the existence of the Foreigners Tribunal. The employees shall have no claim to continue in service in case the Tribunals are abolished.
4) No call letter will be issued to the selected candidates for “walk-in-interview” and will only be informed through e-mail and contact numbers.
# The application must be accompanied by the following -
- a. Self-attested copies of certificate/diploma etc. In support of the Education Qualification must be accompanied with the application.
- b. 3 (Three) Self-attested copies of recent passport-size photographs must be enclosed with the application. The name of the candidates must be written on the reverse of the photograph.
- c. 1 (One) Self-addressed envelope of 5cm×11cm size affixing postal stamp of Rs.10/- only must be enclosed.
- d. Name of the Post applied for must be written on the top of the envelope.
- e. Application forms which are incomplete/defective/invalid in any respect, such as, without photograph and signature, are liable to be rejected summarily.
- f. Mobile number of the candidate must be written on the top of the application.
- g. The application must be submitted to the “The Member, Office of the Foreigners Tribunal, Dibrugarh 2nd, Dibrugarh, P.O. - C.R. Building, P.I.N.-786003, Dist-Dibrugarh (Assam)".
The last date of submission of the application is the 24th day of March/2022 up to 5.00 P.M.
