Foreigners Tribunal Assam has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Copyist under Establishment of Foreigners’ Tribunal-2nd Silchar, Cachar, Assam. In pursuance of the Govt. Letter No.PLB.60/2020/310 dated 24.12.2021 applications are invited from the intending candidates who are citizens of India for filling up the following vacant posts. Foreigners Tribunal Silchar, Cachar Notification 2022 @ DEO and Copyist vacancy
1) Name of the Post: Data Entry Operator (DEO)
No. of post: 2 (Two)
Qualification & Experience: The candidate should be HS Passed / Equivalent from a recognized Board/Council. Must possess minimum 6(six) months Computer Diploma having knowledge of DTP and ability to type large quantities of numbers and English text accurately. Typing Speed (40wpm – 80wpm). Must have knowledge of Office Productivity tools and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
Salary: Rs.10000/- PM fixed.
Age limit: Minimum age is 18 years for all candidates and the maximum age is 40 years for the unreserved category, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PwD) as on 1st January’2022 as per Government Office Memorandum vide No. ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02.09.2020. This relaxation shall apply only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications before the crossing of their existing upper age limit of 40 years.
2) Name of the post: Copyist
No. of post: 1 (One)
Qualification & Experience: The candidate should be minimum HS Passed/Equivalent from recognized Board/Council B. Must possess minimum 6(six) months Computer Diploma having knowledge of DTP and Office Productivity Software tools. Typing speed (35wpm – 60 wpm.) C. Organizational and time management skills.
Salary: Rs.9000/- PM fixed.

How to apply Foreigners Tribunal Silchar Recruitment 2022
1) Candidates are required to submit their application in Standard Form published in Assam Gazette Part-IX in Block, letters, self-attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, education qualification, caste, employment registration certificate, experience, if any.
2) An Updated CV mentioning valid contact number and email ID along with three (3) recent passport size colored photographs with the blue background, full signature on the backside of photos, and a handwritten self-declaration (as given under) in A4 size paper shall be annexed with the application.
“I hereby declare that the particulars submitted herein are true and correct. I understand that in the event of particulars or information given herein found false or incorrect, my candidature for the recruitment is liable to be rejected or canceled. In the event of my misstatement/ discrepancy in the particulars, if detected after my appointment, my servant shall be terminated without any notice to me.
3) Applicants have to produce their original testimonials regarding age, educational qualifications, employment registration certificate, experience certificates, etc. at the time of the interview.
4) Applications must be dropped in the “DropBox” maintained at the Office premise of the undersigned within 10 days from the date of publication of the Advertisement i.e. 27.02.2022 to 08.03.2022 from 10.00am – 3.00pm each day. The last date of receipt of the application is on or before 08.03.2022 till 3.00pm. No application shall be accepted thereafter.
Other Terms & Conditions
1) A candidate can apply for anyone post only. Not following this criterion will lead to the cancellation of candidature forthwith.
2) Application received in any other mode except as indicated above shall summarily be rejected without any communication.
3) Incomplete application in any respect will be rejected without assigning any reason and candidates will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her in the application.
4) No individual call letter will be sent to eligible candidates. However, the list of candidates qualified for the Walk-In-Interview will be notified on 15.03.2022 after 12.00 noon in the Office Notice Board of the undersigned along with date of the Interview,
5) The appointment shall be on a purely contractual basis with no provision of regularization.
6) The applicants for the post of Data Entry Operator must possess the minimum qualification of Class-XII pass in any discipline from recognized Board/Council and must possess a minimum of 6 (six) months computer diploma from a recognized institution. The candidate will have to appear in Computer Skill Test.
7) The applicants for the post of Copyist must possess the minimum qualification of Class-XII to pass in any discipline from recognized Board/Council and must possess a minimum 6 (six) months computer diploma in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DTP and Internet Processing, etc.
8) The undersigned reserved the right to cancel, alter or modify the Advertisement or other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any prior notice.
