Deputy Commissioner Goalpara has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of 8 Nos of Lot Mondal vacancies under the establishment of Deputy Commissioner Goalpara, Assam. In pursuance of the approval accorded by the Govt. of Assam, Revenue & DM Department, Dispur, Guwahati-06 vide letter No RLR.6/2021/39, Dated 09.03.2022 applications are hereby invited from the eligible candidates who are citizens of India as defined in Article 5 & 8 of the constitution of India domiciled in the State of Assam for filling up these posts.

Deputy Commissioner Goalpara Recruitment notification 2022
1) Name of the Post: Lot Mondal
No. of post: 8 (Eight)
Category: UR 3, OBC/MOBC 3, ST(P) 2.
Qualification & Experience: (a) The candidates must have passed the HSLC examination or equivalent examination
(b) The candidates must possess a valid 6(six) months RCCC training passed certificate from Assam Surveys & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
(c) The candidate having a minimum 6(Six) months Diploma Certificate in Computer proficiency from a recognized Institute may be given preference.
Age limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as of 1st January 2022. The upper age relaxation for SC & ST candidates is up to 45 years and for OBC/OMBC candidates is up to 43 years as per Govt. Office Memorandum No. ABP.6/ 2016/51 dtd 02.09.2020.
Salary: Rs. 14,000/- — Rs. 60,500/- PM plus Grade Pay Rs.6200/- PM with other allowances as admissible under the rules.
How to apply DC Goalpara Recruitment 2022
1) The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part IX in a sealed envelope addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara, and should be submitted in the RKG Branch office of the Deputy Commissioner. Goalpara. The application should be sent either through the post or to be delivered by hand in the drop box kept for the purpose in the RKG Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara, PO. Baladmari. PIN No 783121 Post applied for shall be superscripted on the sealed envelope.
2) Candidates already in Govt. Service may apply through the proper channel.
3) The applicants must submit the following documents/testimonials along with the Standard Application form:
a. Self-attested copies of all Certificates + Mark Sheets in support of educational qualifications, 6(six) months RCCC training passed certificate and other required qualifications. Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
b. 3 (three) copies of Self Attested Recent Coloured Passport Size Photographs (one of which should be pasted on the Application Form.
c. The applicant shall furnish their Mobile Number, WhatsApp number and mail 10 (if any) on the Application Form for smooth communication of information relating to the conduct of the examination.
Other Criteria
1) Preference will be given for absorption of 03 (Three) nos, of Additional Mondal’s who are working in the settlement operation in Goalpara district as per order dated 11.12.2017 passed by the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court in WP(C) No. 8004/2015 and also instruction issued by the Rev & D.M (LR) Deptt. Dispur vide letter No. RLR. 15/2015/29, dated 31.05.2018 and O.M No RLR 92/95/Pt.-I/104, dated 23.09.2013, it they apply through proper channel.
2) All Applicants are requested to visit the Goalpara District Administration Website goalpara.nic.in for viewing the list of eligible candidates to be appeared in Written Test and also for the date of the written test, the result of the Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test.
3) No TA/DA will be borne by the Govt. at the time of written test/computer test.
4) All Appointments will be made only after submission of a notarized affidavit by the selected candidates in lieu of police verification report as per OM No. ABP.78/2021/01, dated 18.11.2021.
5) The Selection Committee already constituted to select the candidates for the aforesaid posts and has the right to accept/reject the candidature after proper scrutiny of documents/testimonials etc. with regards to the modalities of selection. The decision of the selection committee shall be final and binding.
6) The selected candidate will have to submit an undertaking to Appointing Authority that he/ she will abide by the New Pension Scheme of the Government issued vide Finance Department Letter No.BW 3/03/Part-1/1 dated 25.01.2005 (Except for absorption of Addl Mondal who are working in Goalpara district as covered under OPS if they apply through proper channel).
7) Canvassing directly or indirectly will be liable for disqualification.

Selection Proces Of DC Goalpara Recruitment 2022
1) Candidates of all categories will have to appear in Widen Test (Phase-I) Successful candidates from the Written Test for the post of Lot Mondal will have to appear in the Hands-on Computer test (Phase-II), the date of which will be informed to the candidates during the time of Written Test.
The last date of submission of the application is fixed on 22.03.2022 (up to 03:00 PM). Incomplete applications and applications received after the last date will not be accepted. Any postal delay after the last date of receipt of the application will not be accepted.
