Salary Pay scale : Rs.14000 to 60500/- + GP 8000/- with other allowances as admissible.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. The Candidates must be an Indian citizen as defined in the Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
2. The Candidates must have served either as UDA or as LDA in whose case must be rendering continuous service for at least 5 years in any department of Govt. of Assam.
3. The Candidates having experience in Judicial Department will be given preference.
General terms and conditions:
1. Duly filled applications only through proper channel on Standard Form of application (Assam Gazette Part IX) along with self attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials in support of their age, educational qualifications, other qualifications including experience certificate, 2 (Two) copies of recent Passport size photographs and copies of ACRs for last 3 (Three) years and Service Book should be addressed to The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Majuli, Circuit House Campus, Garmur, Majuli Pin-785104. The name of the post should clearly be mentioned at the top of the envelop as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF UDA”. Providing of contact numbers with e-mail id is compulsory.
2. Applications should reach to the above mentioned address on or before 19/02/2022 during office hours directly or by post.
3. Application received after the last date of submission will be rejected. The undersigned shall not be responsible for any postal delay
4. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason.
5. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an Oral Interview for selection.
6. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the interview.
7. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and to modify any terms and conditions mentioned in this advertisement
