KGVB Recruitment 2023 Assam - Apply Chowkidar, Accounts, Asst. Teacher vacancies
Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (Type-III) has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of 6 posts including Assistant Teacher, Accounts Assistant cum Care taker, Chowkidar cum Mali in the District of Dhemaji. Application are invited from eligible candidates for engagement in KGVB against the position shown below.
The engagement will be purely contractual for a period of 11 months. As the KGBV-III
are residential, all the selected candidates have to reside in school or hostel campus except during the vacation, when KGBV
students are allowed to go home. The details are given below.
KGVB Recruitment 2023 Assam
1) Name of the Post: Full time Assistant Teacher
Subject: Mathematics
No. of post: 1(One)
Category: Only Female
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be Master Degree in the subject Mathematics as per vacant position with B.Ed. from Recognized University and Higher Secondary TET.
Preference: Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level.
On non availability of Higher Secondary TET qualified candidate – Minimum Educational Qualification: Master Degree in the subject (Mathematics/Chemistry) as per vacant position with B.Ed. from Recognized University. Preference: Experience in teaching in UP/HS/
HSS level.
Age limit: Below 45 years as on 01.01.2023.
Remuneration: For HS TET qualified candidates, Rs.22,000/- PM, For Non TET candidates Rs.20,000/- PM.
2) Name of the Post: Full time Assistant Teacher
Subject: Chemistry
No. of post: 1(One)
Category: Only Female
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be Master Degree in the subject Mathematics as per vacant position with B.Ed. from Recognized University and Higher Secondary TET.
Preference: Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level.

3) Name of the Post: Accounts Assistant cum Care taker

Category: Only Female
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a Graduates from a recognized university. Preferably from commerce background. The candidate should have a caring personality willing to work hard in a mission mode.
Age limit: Below 45 years as on 01.01.2023.
Remuneration: Rs.18000/- PM
4) Name of the Post: Chowkidar cum Mali
No. of post: 2 (Two)
Category: Only Female
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be atleast class VIII passed from a recognized board and be of sound health and active. The candidates should have a caring personality willing to
work hard in a mission mode.
Age limit: Below 45 years as on 01.01.2023.
Remuneration: Rs.12000/- PM
Reservation : i) Positions are reserved for female candidates.
ii) Positions are reserved for Assamese medium candidates.
Relaxation : Relaxation of upper age limit will be applicable for SC, ST (P), ST (H), OBC and PH candidates for 5 years as
per Govt. of Assam OM No. ABP 06/2016/04 dtd. 03.03.2016

1) One candidate can apply for one post only
2) Application in plain paper stating (i) Name of the post applied for (ii) Name of Applicant (iii) Permanent address ( iv)
Address for communication (v) Contact Mobile No. (vi) Age on 01.01.2023 (vii) Educational Qualification (vii) Working
Experience along with one passport size photograph self attested and attested copies of Testimonials relating to
educational qualification and experience should be submitted to the O/o the District Mission Coordinator, SS, Dhemaji
latest by 30/05/2023 before 5.00 PM. Name of the post applied for should be clearly mentioned in the top of the envelope.
3) List of eligible candidates with date venue and time of document verification cum interview will be circulated in the office
notice board of the office of the District Mission Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha Dhemaji district.
4) The eligible candidates will have to appear in the document verification and interview on the date, venue and time
specified with all original documents / testimonials. No separate call letter will be issued. No TA/DA will be paid for attending
the verification cum interview.
