Assam Soil Conservation division Recruitment 2022 department has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of Accountant post in the establishment of t of Barpeta Soil Conservation Division, Barpeta. Application in Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette part IX are invited from the intending candidates who are born citizens of Assam vide Article-5 to 8 of the constitution of India for filling up the following contractual vacant posts under WDC-PMKSY 2.0 under Barpeta, Bongaigaon & Dhubri Districts under the establishment of Barpeta Soil Conservation Division, Barpeta for a period of 11 months. 1) Name of the Post: Accountant

No. of post: 2 (Two)

Category: UR

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be commerce graduates from a recognized university. The candidates should have a minimum of six months computer diploma certificate from a recognized institution with Tally software. Minimum 5 (Five) years experience in relevant field with working knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST, and other Taxation matters. Candidates working in Govt./Semi Govt.  Office/Department Organization or PSUs will be given preference.

Age limit: Candidates must not be less than 25 years or more than 40 years of age on 01.01.2022.

Remuneration: Rs.22000/- PM fixed.

Location: Dhubri and Barpeta

2) Name of the Post: Data Entry Operator

No. of post: 1 (One)

Category: UR

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a graduate in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum of 1-year diploma certificate in computer application from a recognized institution along with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. Minimum 2 (Two) years Experience in Data Entry /MIS-related works in any Govt./ Semi Govt. Office/Department/Organization/Scheme or PSUs. 

Age limit: Candidates must not be less than 25 years or more than 40 years of age on 01.01.2022.

Remuneration: Rs.18000/- PM fixed.

Location: Bongaigaon

How to apply for Assam Soil Conservation division Recruitment 2022

1) Candidates with other qualifications shown in the Standard Form of application published in Assam Gazette Part IX and persons with previous experience of Govt./PSU and other reputed organizations shall be given preference.

2) Copies of all certificates/mark sheets in support of educational qualification along with age, caste certificate, and valid employment exchange Registration card.

3) Two copies of self-attested recent passport size color photograph.

4) Candidates/applicants will have to superscribe the name of the post applied for at the top of the sealed envelope carrying the application form.

5) The incomplete application will be rejected without giving any information to the candidate.

6) All the candidate should bring their original documents on the date of the interview.

7) The applicants will have to appear in all the tests at their own expense.

8) Candidates willing to apply for more than one category of post shall submit applications separately.

9) The Candidates should mention their active phone numbers in the application form and also in the envelope.

10) The Post of Accountant and Data Entry Operator is purely contractual for a period of 11 months from the date of Joining and will be continued on time to the satisfactory performance.

Important notes

1) For the post of Accountant in respect of Barpeta District the interview will be held on 13.07.2022 at 9.30 AM and onwards in the office of the undersigned.

2) For the post of Accountant in respect of Dhubri District the interview will be held on 15.07.2022 at 9.30 AM and onwards in the office of the undersigned.

3) For the post of Data Entry Operator in respect of Bongaigaon District the interview will be held on 18.07.2022 at 9.30 AM and onwards in the office of the undersigned.

Last Date: The last date of receipt of the application is 08.07.2022 up to 5.00 PM. No application will be entertained after the last date is fixed.
