required.
Add Skills: Communication skills, Passion
for social justice/agriculture/value chain/livelihood, Basic computer
knowledge, Good team player, Interpersonal skills & understanding of the
regional language.
Salary: Depend on experience and qualification.
Roles and Responsibility of Community Facilitators:
1) Preparing village profile with all baseline data
2) Done a proper need assessment for the livelihood opportunities and prepare a village profile with all baseline data
3) Done a proper need assessment for the livelihood opportunities and conduction of training
4) With the help of the panchayat create a proper Center for ICICI Academy in the village.
5) Conduct EAP for identified farmers /youth or women for effective training programs.
6) Conducting regular meetings with the local stakeholders and share them all the details of the project
7) Always in touch with the local ICICI bank branch for all communications and share the project details with the Branch Manager.
8) Stock and file management of each training and submit whenever required for the Audit or monitoring purpose.
9) Proper liaison with different government offices and institutions including KVK, Panchyat, Schools, etc…
10)Responsible to organize regular community meetings and door-to-door contact for effective implementation of the project.
11)Collect proper information about the local market scenario.
12)Be in regular touch with trainees as per the follow-up calendar
13)Fill up follow up form on the visit
14)Send daily & monthly reports to the Project Coordinator
15)Counselling of Beneficiaries for better livelihood options and different faming possibilities
16)Understand the challenges faced by the beneficiaries related to the government schemes, credit, and market linkage possibilities and provide them proper guidance and solutions.
17)Help candidates enroll for government schemes & credit linkage
18)Provide market linkage support to candidates
19)Encourage to form SHGs / JLGs/entrepreneur establishments
20)Resource linkage
21)Collect settlement proofs (Action photographs / Credit Linkage Documents / Bank Statement / Offer Letter/ Visiting card/ Bill book copy/ Self Declaration)
