District Judiciary has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of 5 nos of Peon post n in the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate. Applications are hereby invited from the Intending eligible candidates in the standard form for filling up the vacant posts of Office peon in the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karimganj in the Pay Band and Grade Pay with other allowances, as admissible under the rules as shown below.

Chief Judiciary Recruitment 2022: Karimganj notification

1) Name of the Post: Peon

No. of post: 5 (Five)

Qualification & Experience: The candidate's minimum educational qualification is Class VIII pass and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be Ineligible to apply for the said post. Candidates possessing special skills may be given preference.

Age limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as of 01.03.2022. Relaxation of age will be as per Government norms

Salary scale: PB1 Rs.12000/- to Rs.37500/- PM Plus GP Rs.3900/-

How to apply Chief Judiciary Recruitment 2022

1) Eligible and interested candidates may apply through a standard form.

2) Applications must be accompanied with self-attested copies of all the testimonials regarding educational qualifications, age, caste, valid employment exchange registration card, experience (if any) along with three copies of recent passport size color photographs duly signed by the candidate out of which one shall be pasted in the application and the rest two should be stapled in the top right corner of the application form. The application should reach the office of the undersigned.

3) The envelope containing the application should be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF OFFICE PEON. The applications are to be dropped in the DROP BOX kept in the office of the undersigned for the purpose or should be sent by post. The application should be addressed to “Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karimganj, PIN-788710”

4) Candidates must have registered their names in the employment exchange and registration is to be valid as of the date of submission of the application

Terms and Conditions

1) The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

2)  Candidate already serving in Govt. Department should submit his application through the proper channel.

3)  The mode of the selection process will be notified later on on the official website of Karimganj District Judiciary depending upon the number of applications received. All further instructions regarding the selection process will be notified in due course, on the official website

4)  No individual call letters will be sent to the eligible candidates. However, a list of eligible candidates to appear in the recruitment process and the list of rejected candidates will be uploaded on the official website of Karimganj District Judiciary “http://karimganjjudiciary.gov.in” as well as on the official Notice Board of the undersigned.

5)  Information given by a candidate in his/her application shall bind the candidate and if it is found to be false, his/her candidature shall be canceled forthwith and he/she also be liable for criminal prosecution.

6) Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify candidates.

7) Application received after the last date or without proper supporting documents or unsigned or incomplete will be summarily rejected.

8) No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for attending the recruitment process

9) The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any prior notice.
