1) Name of the Post: Technical Officer (Graduate Engineer)

Department: Civil Engineer 3 Nos, Electrical Engineer 1 No.

No. of post: 4 (Four)

Category: UR 3 (RFW 1), OBC/MOBC 1

Qualification & Experience: The candidate should have BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering from a recognized board/university/institution with a minimum of 1½ years experience/Management Training in respective fields of specialization.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years (Age relaxation will be given as per state Govt. Rules)

Salary Scale: Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000/- Grade Pay: Rs. 12,700/-

Application Fee: a) Rs. 250/- for SC/ST category candidate. 

 b) Rs. 500/- for all other category candidates.

Fees should be paid online via the payment link while submitting the online application. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fees be held in reserve for any other examination or selection. 

2) Name of the Post: Junior Accounts Assistant

No. of post: 2 (Two)

Category: UR 1, OBC/MOBC 1

Qualification & Experience: The candidates must be B. Com graduate with Accountancy from any recognized University. Also, have 1½ years’ experience / Training in line.

Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 40 years for unreserved category, 42 years for ExServicemen, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/ST(P) ST(H), and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PwD) as on 1st March 2022 as per Govt. Office Memorandum vide No. ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02/09/2020.

Salary Scale: Rs. 14,000-60,500/- Grade Pay: Rs. 6,200/-

Application Fees: a) Rs. 150/- for SC/ST Category candidate. 

 b) Rs. 300/- for all other category candidates.

Selection Process: There shall be two phases in the selection process:

# Technical Officer: 

Phase I - The Candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type written test to be held in Guwahati on a date to be notified later on. The syllabus of the Objective Type Written Test will be as follows:

• Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering - 50 Marks
• General English - 20
• General Knowledge - 15
• Knowledge of Computer (Theory) - 15

Phase II - Against each vacancy, 5 (five) candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Computer Practical Test and Personal Interview to be held in Guwahati. Total marks for the Computer (Practical) Test will be 50 Marks and Personal Interview will be 20 Marks.

Note: The decision of the Assam Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the examination shall be final.

# Junior Accounts Assistant

Phase I - The Candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type written test to be held in Guwahati on a date to be notified later on. The syllabus of the Objective Type Written Test will be as follows:

• Accountancy - 50  
• General English - 20  
• General Knowledge - 10 
• Quantitative Aptitude - 10 
• Knowledge of Computer (Theory) - 10 

Phase II - Against each vacancy, 5 (five) candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Computer Practical Test with a tally to be held in Guwahati. Total marks of Computer (Practical) Test will be 50 Marks.

Note: The decision of the Assam Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the examination shall be final.

• Computer Diploma / Certificate (if applicable). 
• Scanned Signature. 
• Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. 
• Caste Certificate (in case of reserved category candidates). Declaration in Form “A” under rule 5(1) of the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019. Specimen Copy is available on the website https://aidcrecruitment.in 
• Discharge Book No. & Date, Place of the issue (in respect of Ex-Servicemen). 
• A person with Disability (PwD) Certificate (if applicable).
