Assam government has released an official advertisement notification for the recruitment of Accounts Assistant and Junior Administrative Assistant vacancies under the establishment of Assam State Space Application Center. Interested candidates with the requisite below-mentioned qualification may go for a walk-in-interview for filling up the following post on a contractual basis for a period of 11 (Eleven) months.

1) Name of the Post: Accounts Assistant

No. of post: 1 (One)

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a graduate in commerce with a major in Accountancy from an any recognized university. 

Desirable: PGDCA from any recognized university/institution, knowledge of Tally ERP9, GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax Return filing, EPF, CPF etc.

Age limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years of age on 01/01/2022.

Salary: Rs.25000/- PM fixed plus CPF as applicable.

2) Name of the Post: Junior Administrative Assistant

No. of post: 1 (One)

Category: Open

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized university/institution.

Desirable: PGDCA from any recognized university/institution, knowledge of MS Office, Computer typing in English and Assamese language and net surfing.

Age limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years of age on 01/01/2022.

Salary: Rs.25000/- PM fixed plus CPF as applicable.

How to appear in walk-in-interview of ASSAC Recruitment 2022

1) The candidates have to apply in Standard Form published in part IX of the Assam Gazette (Resume may also be enclosed along with the dully filled in Standard Form)

2) The interview will be held on 2nd April 2022, from 11.00 AM onwards. Candidates shall have to submit a Standard Form of application duly filled in along with xerox copies of certificates and other testimonials etc. at the time of reporting for registration and have to produce the original for verification.

3) Registration will be started at 10.00 AM and closed at 11.00 AM. No application shall be accepted beyond that period.

4) Candidates having requisite qualifications, experience and training will only be allowed for appearing in the interview.

Terms and Conditions

1) The candidates must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam.

2) The application should be submitted in favor of the Director, Assam State Space Application Center.

3) No TA/DA will be admissible for the journey in connection with the interview.
