Foreigners Tribunal Assam has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator (DEO), Copyist, Chowkidar vacancy at Haflong. Applications are invited from intending eligible candidates mentioning their names, date of birth, address for communication, phone numbers, email Ids, Educational Qualifications and Computer Proficiency Certificates for filling up of vacant posts of Data Entry Operator, Copyist & Chowkidar in pursuance of Political (B) Department, Govt. of Assam, Notification vide PLB.60/2020/310 Dated. 24/12/2021 on or before 28th February 2022 by 2 PM at the office of Foreigners’ Tribunal Haflong, Dima Hasao, D.C’s Old Court Campus, Haflong, Dima Hasao, 788819, Assam. 1) Name of the post : Date Entry Operator (DEO)
No. of post : 1 (One)
Qualification & Experience : The candidates who have passed their 10+2 in any stream with good typing speed are eligible to apply for the post. The candidate should have proper knowledge of computer and its software.
Age limit : Age relaxation will be as per Govt. norms.
Salary : Rs.10000/- PM Fixed.
2) Name of the post : Copyist.
No. of post : 1 (One)
Qualification & Experience : The candidates who have passed their 10+2 in any stream with good typing speed are eligible to apply for the post. The candidate should have proper knowledge of computer and its software.
Age limit : Age relaxation will be as per Govt. norms.
Salary : Rs.9000/- PM Fixed.
3) Name of the post : Chowkidar.
No. of post : 1 (One)
Qualification & Experience : The candidates must Class VIII Passed to apply for the post.
Age limit : Age relaxation will be as per Govt. norms.
Salary : Rs.9000/- PM Fixed.
How to apply Foreigners Tribunal Haflong Recruitment 2022
1) Candidates are required to submit their application in standard form published in the Assam Gazette part-IX, in Block letters along with self-attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, education qualification, caste, Employment registration certificate, experience (if any), along with 2 nos of recent passport sized photograph and signature along with Mobile No. & valid email ID.
2) Applicants have to produce their original testimonials regarding age, education qualification, caste, Employment registration certificate and experience certificate (if any) etc. at subsequent stage as and when asked for.
3) Applications must be submitted at the office of the undersigned on official days during office hours on or before 28th February 2022 by 2 PM. However, application received after the last date will not be entertained.
4) Application received in any other mode except as indicated above shall be summarily rejected without any communication.
Terms & Conditions
1) No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidate for appearing in the interview.
2) Incomplete application in any respect will be rejected without assigning any reason and candidates will be responsible for any mistake made by him/ her in the application.
3) No individual call letter will be sent to eligible candidates. However, list of candidates selected for the walk in interview will be notified in the office Notice Board on 28th February 2022 by 4 PM. The offer is purely contractual with no provision of regularization.
4) The applicants selected for interview for the post of Data Entry Operator will have to appear in computer skill test.
5) Applicants have to mention the name of the post on top of the envelope.
6) The selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or other terms and condition of the advertisement without any prior notice.
