Foreigners Tribunal Assam Recruitment 2022
Foreigners Tribunal Assam has released an advertisement notification for the various Grade III and Grade IV post under Assam Government. Applications are invited in the Standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX from the intending candidate, who are the citizen of India and have sound mind for filling up the following vacant sanctioned posts of Grade-Ill and Grade-IV, which are lying vacant in the Office of Foreigners Tribunal, Hojai at Sankardev Nagar in the Dist. of Hojai, Assam. The details are as shown below:

Foreigners Tribunal Hojai Recruitment 2022
1) Name of the post : Bench Assistant
No. of post : 1
Qualification & Experience : The candidates must graduate in any stream or equivalent from any recognized State/Central Institution.
Salary : PB Rs.14000 to 49000 plus GP and other allowances as admissible.
2) Name of the post : Junior Assistant (LDA)
No. of post : 1
Qualification & Experience : The candidates must graduate in any stream or equivalent from any recognized State/Central Institution.
Salary : PB Rs.14000 to 49000 plus GP and other allowances as admissible.
3) Name of the post : Data Entry Operator
No. of post : 1
Qualification & Experience : The candidates must Higher Secondary (HSSLC) Examination passed with diploma in computer from any Govt. recognized Institute.
Salary : 10000/- Fixed salary.
4) Name of the post : Office peon
No. of post : 1
Qualification & Experience : The candidates should be read up to Class-VIII.
Salary : PB-Rs-12000- 37500-GP and other allowances as admissible.
1. Application Fee. : There is no application fees for the aforesaid posts as per notification of Govt. of Assam, finance (Estt-A) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-6
2. Age limit : Candidates age should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 01-01- 2022.
3. How to apply : The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in -the Assam Gazette in a sealed envelope addressing to the Member, Foreigners Tribunal, Hojai, Sankardev Nagar, Dist. Hojai, Assam.
4. Last date of submission is up to 10 (ten) days from the date of publication of the Advertisement till 05.00 Pm.
5. Candidate already in Govt, service may apply through proper channel.
6. The candidate must submit the following documents/testimonials along with the application form with Mobile number : (i) Self attested Education qualification certificate, Mark sheet, age proof certificate, Caste certificate, etc. (ii) Self attested two Nos, of passport size Photograph.
7. Procedure of Selection. Candidate for the post of Bench Asstt. and Junior Asstt, will have to appear written test following by interview. The candidates for the post of Office Peon shall not be required to appear at the written test and will be selected on the basis of interview, The candidate for the post of Data Entry Operator will be selected on the basis of Walk-in-interview only on the following dates fixed for the purpose as below :-

8. No DA & TA will be borne by the Govt. who appeared in the interview/test,.
9. There shall be reservation in favour of candidates belonging to the members of the reserves categories as per provisions of the Assam Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes(Reservation of vacancies in services and posts) Act, 1978 and Rules framed there under. There shall also be reservation for candidates belonging to other backward classes as per Government instructions contained in O.M.No. TAD/OBC/1/2004/55 dated 31.05.2005 for directed recruitment only.
10. The posts in all cadres are purely temporary and continue till the existence of this Tribunal. The employee shall have no claim to continue in service in case of Tribunal is abolished.
11. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify a candidate. Before walk in interview for Data Entry Operator and interview for Office peon, list of ineligible candidates and rejection list will be hanged on the office notice board and candidates who are qualified will get a message in the respective Mobile number.
